Your Las Vegas Air Ducts Need Cleaning!

  I wrote a negative review of Air Supply on 1/16/24 and on 1/17/24 the owner called me and wanted to make everything good & right reference the service I received.... read more (I don't know how to edit that past review; not tech savvy); anyway, his men came back out on 1/18/24 and did a complete check of heating system and also cleaned my duct system (which is what I originally called for). I was very impressed with the owner; he sounded like a down-to-earth guy who really takes care of HIS business (not a corporation that could care less). Anyway, He gave me a fair discount (for the trouble) and did a great job and was even early to appointment. His men did a great job.

We also got the best warranty. We also had a very good price. We would use them again

Our AC cooling system blew out hot air during the midnight in one... read more of the hottest days in early July. So, I had to contact with an AC company I had used few years ago next morning.

They sent a technician to check it out the same day. The technician diagnosed the problem within few minutes upon arriving and told me that it's the capacitor that needed to be replaced and it costed $300. Since the temperature was above 110 degrees at that time. I agreed to let him replace the capacitor. It took him about another 10 minutes to get the job done.

Just to satisfy my curiosity, I checked on Amazon later and found the part is only $9.99. I was quite shocked.

Just few days ago, the AC cooling system blew hot air again. It's a daytime, so, I went out to check the condenser unit and found the fan did not spin. Without hesitation, I called the same company and asked them to send a technician to check it out. During the waiting time, I googled the possible problems and the cost to repair including compressor, evaporator, fan motor amount others.

The technician showed up few hours later. He even did not open a panel to check out the capacitor that their company replaced less then two months ago and showed me that it's a bad fan motor by spinning the fan blade. I politely asked him if he could check the capacitor. He said no need. So, I asked him how much to replace the fan motor. He said $900. This time I was shocked again, because I knew the price of the motor. I told him the motor costs $100 to $150, and your total cost for this replacement is $900. He responded that the company needs to pay office expenses, employees, technicians, cars and taxes and so on. I told him $900 is too much for us.

I happened to have some valpak AC coupons. So, I went to Yelp and searched those companies and decided to call Air Supply for their second opinion because of high review ratings. The lady said she could not give me the price and connected to Robert. I told him I need a second opinion about replacing a fan motor. During our long conversation, not only I knew that he is one of the owners and I had the feeling that he is an honest and reliable person. He gave me a much better price which I could not resist.

Kellan showed up the next day at noon. He checked everything including capacitor and confirmed that it's a bad fan motor. He is knowledgeable, efficient and patient. He did everything carefully, even a little thing such as tightening the wires on a 110 degrees environment.

After finishing the job, I told him that I had a pleasant conversation with the owner Robert the day before, He told me that he just began working with Air Supply in August. And the owners treat the employees very well and he likes to work there. He even told me that he has worked for many AC companies in Las Vegas and Air Supply is the best for employees and customers.

Neediness to say, we had a good sleep that night.

Don't waste your time to shop around as I have done the research for you. At least have them a second opinion. You will not regret with Air Supply as they are build with the basis of honesty and integrity that Kellan told me.

Air Supply got back within 15 minutes and was the only company who could send a technician out within 2 hours. About 50 mins after confirmation, Kevin arrived to check out the problem.

Shortly afterwards, he found that the wire going to the contactor was burnt. The part and wires were replaced. He checked out other items like the compressor.

From arrival to packing up, it was about 40 minutes. I appreciate Air Supply for being responsive and accommodating in short notice.

  Happy New Year! Turned on the heat on this cold January day in Las Vegas and realized the 17 year old heat pump had not switched on and cold air... read more was circulating through my house. After fiddling with the thermostat, I reached out to Air Supply, a small and locally owned company for help. Within two hours of making the call, Kevin, Leas Technician was at my house, working on the problem. I learned that the outdated form of Freon was leaking in the outside heat pump unit. Knowing that the compressor and condenser had been problematic earlier this fall, I decided to have a new Heat Pump unit installed.
Kevin, Lead Technician with Air Supply was fantastic to work with. He thoroughly inspected the entire system and detected the leak, even though an inspection in August by a competitor revealed nothing in need of repair. He offered to install the new unit that day! The team that returned the following day to install the unit were on time, efficient, courteous and personable.
Both days, the owner of Air Supply followed up by reaching out to me with a phone call and visit to inspect the job. This level of personalized care for the services provided is a gesture I have seldom had the pleasure of experiencing. I highly recommend Air Supply for HVAC system maintenance & repair.

  Had them come out to look at air conditioning that stopped working. They fixed it, but pointed out the system was on its last legs (which it was, they... read more showed me a lot of evidence) and suggested I replace the 25-year-old HVAC. I scheduled the replacement for the next day, and they came promptly, and replaced my entire two-zone HVAC system (heating and cooling both) in a single day - crawling around in my attic, replacing all the outside condensers, etc. Now my system runs quieter, smoother, faster, and more efficiently - and I don't have to worry about it breaking down any more.

The team that arrived was considerate, and careful to protect my flooring (both using booties when applicable and laying down temporary floor covering). They cleaned up their mess as they left, and I'm really happy with the overall service. Will definitely use them again!

Kevin Lee was our technician that came to inspect the unit and he was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we understood what the issue was and the best solutions. Our repair was very labor intensive and involved a lot of stair and ladder climbing, but the whole time Kevin kept a friendly and cheerful attitude!
