After 19 years our air conditioner finally died (on a Saturday evening during 106° temps…of course) since the coolant was banned (R-22) we needed to replace it. We had previously used Air Supply for a new furnace years ago and they were awesome back then too! So of course we were going to use Air Supply again! They are absolutely AMAZING. From constant contact with me all weekend, picking out a new unit, scheduling a crane…everything was seamless. Isaac was behind the scenes and set everything up for us….to ensure we weren’t without AC for long, Miguel and his stellar installation team, and the wonderful ladies in the office….everyone at Air Supply is trust worthy and so SO nice! Out of curiosity we got another quote from a competitor and were quoted over $3,000 for the same new AC unit!!!! I could not believe it. I will NEVER switch companies!! Air Supply has our business forever!

This was our first time having someone come out to clean our air vents, and I was so thoroughly impressed by Michael and Josh from start to finish. What great guys, and they did an amazing, and quick job! I thought it was going to take at least two hours, but they got set up, right to work, and did a great job. I could see their attention to detail, and they even took the time to wash/wipe down the actual vents when they were done. Pretty much right away we could tell a difference in the air quality, and could visibly see the dust particles in the air decreasing throughout the day. I highly recommend this company, and am glad we decided to have them out. Absolutely worth the price, and I will be calling them back yearly.

I called Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning when my air conditioning went out. They came out the very next morning and replaced my AC evaporative cooling coil which was leaking Freon. Isaac and Joseph were amazing, their professionalism, quality of work, and their positive attitude was outstanding. They were attentive to my needs and personable. Was beyond pleased with the installation of my new A/C units. The owner personally called to make sure I was happy. They are returning this month to finish the whole house duct cleaning. Also to frame out the drywall hole they cut for larger access into the attic. The team of Juan, Jose and Victor were polite and answered every ? I had. There is a reason for all the 5 star reviews. The technician found the problem when he serviced the system. The old motor held out with no problems until the new one arrived. I was happy that the technician caught the problem because I have a hearing disability and could not hear it. The technician caught the problem when he came back in the house and started the air conditioner after he serviced it. I am really thankful that he caught the problem before it happened broke down.

I bought my air conditioner from Air Supply when I moved to Las Vegas 8 years ago. I have had them come every early summer to give my AC a tune-up. Today the technician found that I needed a new capacitor. But because I purchased the AC unit from them, he saw in my file that it was still under the 10 year warranty. So I only had to pay for the labor. He also put a hard start kit on my AC as the unit was lagging. He thoroughly cleaned the unit. He was polite and professional. I am loyal to Air Supply. They are a wonderful company!

I had Air Supply out to adjust my thermostat plus service both my air conditioner and my heat pump in preparation for Summer. When Moises arrived, he took perhaps one full minute to fix my thermostat (I set it wrong) and then worked on cleaning and preparing my two units for about 2 hours. He did far more than any other company has done in years. In addition, he was friendly and took the time to explain what was needed and what he did. The price was great and I certainly won’t be calling any company but Air Supply to install and service my HVAC units.
